Justin spent nearly a decade working as a carpenter at a remote fishing lodge, where he discovered his love for working with his hands. The isolation of that job taught him to solve problems creatively with limited resources, a skill he brings to every Bosk project.

His day-to-day work varies constantly, handling whatever needs to get done across framing, renovations, and finish carpentry. He takes the most pride in projects that create spaces for families and friends to gather, such as decks, sunrooms, and kitchen renovations. These are the builds that genuinely improve quality of life. Justin believes the entire construction process should be enjoyable for everyone involved, not just the final product.

He values strong relationships with coworkers and clients, knowing that good work comes from good collaboration. Most summer nights, you'll find him outdoors on the shore of a lake watching the sunset.
