‍Ethan has been in the trades for years, starting in stucco before transitioning to carpentry, a move driven by his desire to work with a more versatile, hands-on trade.

Ethan is now working toward his red seal certification. He brings both general carpentry skills and project management experience to Bosk, handling site supervision and keeping projects running smoothly. His favorite project to date has been 411 Stradbrook, a lengthy job with plenty of ups and downs that pushed him to learn and adapt at every turn. The challenges made the outcome that much more rewarding.

Ethan's personality reflects his work: he takes every task seriously and gives it his all, no matter how big or small. He's always open to learning and approaches each project as if it were his own.

Outside of work, you'll find him fishing or spending time at the lake. But more than anything, Ethan has a knack for making a good time out of nothing, finding enjoyment in situations that probably shouldn't be fun. His philosophy is simple: you can't change certain things, so you may as well enjoy them for what they are
